How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add your favorite treats to your cart, and complete checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept InstaPay and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Cairo and Alexandria.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days in Cairo and Alexandria. Express delivery is usually available, please reach out if you’re in a hurry!
Are your products really healthy?
We make every treat with real ingredients and no refined sugar. No fake flavors, syrups, or preservatives added! Just real and nutritious food. Sweetened with nature’s candy, dates and raw honey.
Do your products contain refined sugar?
No - we sweeten our treats without refined sugar, using raw honey and/or dates.
How should I store the ice cream?
Keep your ice cream in the freezer at all times, and enjoy within the time frame noted on the packaging for the best taste and texture. Please allow it to defrost for 10 minutes.
How should I store cakes and cupcakes?
Store them in the fridge if they won’t be eaten within 24 hours.
